EMPTY PARK BOOKING FEE INCREASE

Dear Clients,

We have been advised that container fees by several empty container depots in Melbourne and Sydney are being increased by between $15.00 and $25.00 per container effective from 7^th September.

This charge is expressed on our invoices under "Vehicle Booking Fee" and represents the booking fees for pick up ex wharf and de-hire of container to nominated empty park by the shipping company,

This memo is circulated to explain any variation you may see on your future invoices pertaining to "Vehicle Booking Fee".

Currently we are seeing increases not only in de-hire fees but also variations in the infrastructure charge (terminal access fee) charged by the various stevedoring companies.
