The Maribynong Truck Action Group (MTAG) plan to blockade Shepherds's Bridge - the Footscray Road crossing of the Maribynong River west of the Port of Melbourne on Tuesday 27th November in protest about truck traffic in the Inner West of Melbourne due to what they perceive as inaction by the Victorian Government to deliver solutions. The blockade will commence at 8.00am and last for a planned 30 minutes under the watch of Victoria Police and VicRoads.
We are drawing this to clients notice as no doubt it will have an effect on the movement of vehicles travelling to and from the port and resulting in delays on that morning.
